Infrastructure Systems Administrator

Responsibilities
• Support the maintenance and administration of Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited's IT server and storage infrastructure
• Install, update, and upgrade hardware and software as needed
• Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure the security of the system in line with security policies and standards
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of the system and asset inventory
• Lead the implementation of infrastructure-related projects

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Studies, or a related field is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and File Service Administration, as well as Linux servers and applications
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as shell scripts or PowerShell
• Experience in the banking industry is an advantage
• Able to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Good team player and communication skills
