Job Description
• Act as digital platform and product owner to drive digital innovation & experience uplift, and manage day-to-day digital business for the bank.
• Identify, plan and implement digital business opportunities with ultimate targets of acquisition, revenue and usage.
• Implement innovation and enhancement throughout the whole project development cycle as business user. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery such as business case & requirement preparation, idea clearance, risk & compliance clearance, UAT management, business deployment activities and post-launch promotion activities…etc.
• Work closely with products owners, marketing, IT, risk and compliance, etc.
• Plan and execute marking programs for online products and services
• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-commerce, information system or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in the retail banking industry with experience in digital product / project development
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage
• Strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project Management
