Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work on multiple upgrade projects and manage all aspects of the project life cycle.
• Align projects to project methodology and compliance standards.
• Project plans for projects, portfolio, and product prioritisation and implementation and ensure agreed time, cost, and quality parameters are met.
• To develop and lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including order placement, customer satisfaction, interface with sales, labs test, regulatory requirement and quality management.
• To analyze account potential, locating, initiating, developing, and building relationships with customer, resolve critical customer complaints, bridge between HKT’s logistic / procurement activity and the company’s customers by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and specifications, and integrating contract and specification requirements with business operations.
• To achieve operational objectives by initiating and maintain strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans and monitor customer-service standards.
• To monitor the agreed consultancy services in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• To accomplish subordinate results by communicating job expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma holder in logistics, business or related discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining project management, including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, quality control, communication, procurement and integration.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills essential, coupled with a true understanding of strategic procurement in the mining industry.
• Has profound knowledge in the laws of the People’s Republic of China in custom clearance and practice in PRC.
• Experience in dealing with the Chinese government officials especially in the mining sector;
• Assisting with the development and management of category strategies including Mining Contracts.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills essential, coupled with a true understanding of strategic procurement.
• To have extensive knowledge of LEAN and/or six sigma, risk and assurance management techniques applicable to a mining based project delivery environment.
• Must be an exceptional communicator and proficient in written and verbal communication in Mandarin and other PRC local dialects.
• Willing to travel in site area (Xinjiang, Tianjin, Zijin and Yunnan etc)
• Station in Hong Kong and travel to China & Overseas occasionally.
