We're seeking a Digital Account Manager based in Hong Kong to oversee our international accounts, including those from overseas clients, partner agencies, and the China branches of international companies.
The ideal candidate will skillfully identify the needs of both new and existing customers to support their success with our products. This involves fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams to understand and address any challenges customers may encounter.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across the company to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on customer success.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
• Visit customers to uncover growth opportunities within our platform.
• Manage all reporting related to the health of customer accounts.
• Handle client requests and prepare proposals/work plans.
• Oversee projects on Baidu SEM, WeChat, Little Red Book, Douyin, Tmall, and JD, including monthly reporting.
• Work with and mentor execution team members.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Baidu Phoenix campaigns.
• Strong understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Background in customer service and account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
