RESPONSIBILITIES
• To perform 1st tier hardware and software support service as well as system upgrade & implementation to users in various locations
• To provide operational reports, training manuals and sessions for associated users
• To be responsible for LAN administration, monitoring, maintenance and support to the network, desktops as well as OA peripherals, and to ensure the whole IT infrastructure operates in healthy state
• Co-ordinate with other vendors & parties when necessary
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
• DSE/Form 5 graduate or above
• Experienced in handling client support calls, providing remote error diagnosis and on-site troubleshooting services to identify root causes
• Familiar with a wide variety of client software such as MS Windows 10 / 11, MS Office 2021 / M365, Browsers and OA applications. Knowledge of Linux system administration is an advantage
• An understanding of Internet related connectivity and customer equipment issues
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
