Responsibilities:
-Formulate and implement business strategies and plans for Business Intelligence and data analytics
-Conduct data design based on user, business, and technical requirements
-Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement
-Organize the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly production and operation analysis
-Prepare business and technical documentation related to data analysis projects
-Conduct user training on data analysis tools and techniques
-Work closely with various business units to implement action plans derived from data analysis
-React responsively to any constraints or barriers that may arise during the implementation of action plans
-Participate in ad-hoc data/analytic exercises to prepare and analyze customer data
Requirements:
-Associate degree/ Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline
-Proven experience in formulating and implementing business strategies for Business Intelligence and data analytics
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data design based on user requirements
-Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
-Experience in conducting user training on data analysis tools is preferred
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from various business units
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react responsively to constraints or barriers during implementation
