Responsibilities
• Conduct user research to understand user needs.
• Create visual and interaction designs to enhance user experience.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Manage and continuously update design guidelines and UI kits.
• Stay current with market, technology, and design trends.
• Deliver professional presentations and communicate effectively.
• Develop excellent creative concepts and page layout planning skills.
• Pay meticulous attention to details.
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Art Design, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with a background in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• More than 3 years of UI design experience with strong aesthetic capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to handle work pressure.
