SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Monitors systems service to ensure availability and overall performance.
• Performs all critical data backups and secures data according to established procedures.
• Conducts regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Installs firmware and security updates on servers and related networking equipment.
• Administrates Microsoft Active Directory / Exchange online.
• Installs and configure software and hardware.
• Maintains networks and network file systems.
• Creates scripts for automation of common tasks.
• Produces and controls of technical documentation.
• Provides support to our internal IT technicians and end-users in the APAC region (Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia).
• Oversees third-party IT services providers.
• System project management.
• Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time for the overall management and operation of Longchamp group.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency with current Microsoft Server and Client operating systems.
Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting.
Must be able to perform duties accurately and independently.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work with members and associates in person or over the phone, in a courteous, pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Discretion, accuracy and clarity in communication are essential.
Occasional international travel required.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related IT specialization. Requires at least 7 years of similar or related experience.
Requires Business English level.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- OS: Windows/Linux
- DB: SQL server
- Microsoft Active Directory / AZURE
- Exchange online (Office 365)
- Virtualization: VMWare
- Network: DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP, Wi-Fi
- MDM: Intune
- Imaging: Windows Autopilot
- Backup: Veeam
