Xverse is the most advanced and user-friendly Bitcoin wallet, supporting Ordinals, Runes, BRC20, Stacks, and Rare Sats. Available on iOS, Android, and as a Chrome browser extension, Xverse enables secure management of Bitcoin on layer 1 and layer 2 networks like Stacks, with more networks coming soon. Our globally distributed, agile, and fast-moving team is focused on onboarding the next 1 billion users to web3, positioning Xverse as the go-to wallet and gateway.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer - Front End focused to work on our Xverse app and the browser extension. The ideal candidate would have experience working with Bitcoin and its related products.
You love being at the frontier of new technologies. You are articulate, resourceful, and have strong opinions about how to bring the mission to life, yet, you are able to work collaboratively with others with respect and an open mind.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design and development of the Xverse wallet across multiple platforms such as the mobile application, extension, browser.
• Build beautiful and responsive UI layouts using modern web frameworks.
• Extend and maintain a library of reusable UI components.
• Extend and develop clean front-end state management.
• Collaborate with product and design on UX improvements.
• Extend API endpoints in a secure, performant and scalable way.
• Build high-quality, clean, and scalable codes.
• Work with product and design to refine and enhance features.
• Maintain and refactor existing code.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure platform functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack engineer specializing in React, Node.js, Typescript.
• Experience working in Web 3, Bitcoin, preferably with crypto wallets or other Defi products.
• Comfortable to work with loose requirements.
• Proven abilities to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested, secure code
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
