Job Description
We're looking for experienced technical support to join our team. We would like to hear from you if you are passionate about IT systems and the e-payment industry.
Job Duties:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to in-house users.
Perform hardware/software installation, upgrades, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide I.T. administrative support, including filing and documentation maintenance, recording keeping, and facility management
Assist in IT procurement and payment and keep track of all the IT expenses
Liaise with vendors for quotation, invoice, and delivery
Assist in implementing and commissioning new system projects such as cloud migration.
Establish, manage, and monitor the configuration and maintenance of system components and security protocols.
Administer and collaborate with vendors for regular system upgrades, and change and ensure all system securities are up-to-date.
Conduct system audits with a third party to evaluate the efficacy and reliability of systems and security measures.
Assist in designing, implementing, and commissioning new system projects such as cloud migration.
Requirements:
High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
1 year relevant office I.T support experience,
Fresh graduate also welcome
Knowledge of PC hardware and software
Familiar with Microsoft products
Immediate availability is a big plus.
