Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and case support activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the Implants portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales plans and activities aligned with local strategy.
• Identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers.
• Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
• Pursue new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base.
• Compile and analyze market trends, consumer habits, and competitor information.
• Utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in quality of service and expand the business portfolio.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business/Marketing-related fields.
• 1-2 years' sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Results-driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
