Director of Agency Digital Strategy

Ambition is seeking an experienced Director of Agency Digital Strategy to join their growth marketing team. This key role will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive digital engagement within the agency channel, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective agency channel strategies to increase digital engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the needs and difficulties faced by agents while using digital tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize sales and drive digital adoption.
• Coordinate strategic communications with agents to increase their use of digital tools.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in insurance, preferably in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of driving digital engagement within the agency channel.
• Strong innovative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
