Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst / Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our client's dynamic team - a globally renowned firms with businesses across the globe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions in various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR transformation goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Recruitment Management.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Training & Support: Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SuccessFactors platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams to align SuccessFactors solutions with business strategies and objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
• Proven experience in project management and client engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior.
