Fixed Network Architect

In this position, you will:
• Collect development needs from various departments, coordinate with business and technical support to plan fiber and cable construction and coverage.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with home broadband networks, collaborate with customer service to collect feedback, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure end-to-end network quality for broadband users.
• Construct, maintain, and optimize IT platforms for fixed network center, including fiber optic cable resource management, broadband network lifecycle management, and broadband internet quality monitoring.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in fixed network operators or telecommunications-related industries.
• Proficient in big data analysis, GIS integration, and API integration, with capability to use these technologies for fiber optic network planning and resource management.
• Familiar with API integration, achieving interconnectivity and interoperability among systems across multiple domains.
• Proficient in broadband network process, capable of locating and resolving broadband internet access faults.
• Deep understanding and extensive experience in IP/broadband network operation and maintenance, proficient in TCP/IP, GPON/XGS-PON, routing, switching, and network knowledge.
• Familiar with technical methods to monitor broadband internet access quality and propose optimization solutions.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to communicate with technical, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Possesses professional knowledge and practical experience in network security.
• Holds network-related certifications such as CCNP, any IT-related or security certificate is preferred.
