Senior IT Application Support / IT Application Support

Job Description
• Manage and maintain brokerage or brokerage related system;
• Provide application support to front office and back office stakeholders;
• Follow-up issues and liaise with vendor and users' requests in a timely manner;
• User management, configuration management and software promotion/release to various system environments;
• Manage and coordinate with users to have UAT for on-going system upgrades;
• Occasional weekend support for system release or market rehearsal is required;
• Familiar with latest support methodologies like DevSecOps.

Job requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in securities firm or investment bank;
• Knowledge in handling BSS is preferred;
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Windows, Linus shell script) and SQL;
• Highly self-motivated, able to deep dive the root cause and provide resolution with minimum supervision;
• Experience on Jira and Confluence will be beneficial; and
• Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
