Hotel Operations Manager

Sales & Operation Manager:
Job Duties (Operation):
1. Act as leader to supervise FO team
2. Co-operate with Housekeeping Dept and Head office account team
3. Handle all technical or non-technical emergency (even mid-night)
4. Maintain service standard
5. Set up procedure
6. Report to Head Office in monthly basis
Revenue:
1. Plan to Max hotel revenue
2. OTA management (update price on each channel, pricing strategy……)
3. Meet monthly sales target to get incentive
4. Explore new sales channels
