About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Application Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful AI projects, with a strong focus on system analysis, design, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• AI Solution Development: Develop, test, and deploy robust AI models and applications, leveraging advanced techniques like machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• System Analysis & Design: Conduct in-depth system analysis to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integration & Deployment: Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Data Engineering: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to gather, clean, and prepare high-quality data for AI model training and inference.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize AI models and applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear and concise technical documentation, including system design documents, code comments, and user manuals.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to drive innovation and improve solution effectiveness.

We are looking for someone with

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
• 5+ Years of IT Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects.
• 3+ Years of System Analysis Experience: Expertise in analyzing complex systems and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python: Mastery of Python programming language and its relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Data Engineering Skills: Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ Year of Experience in OCR Solution Development: Hands-on experience with OCR technologies, RESTful APIs, and on-premises deployments, preferably in a government setting.
• 1+ Year of Experience in Web Application Development for Law Enforcement Agents: Strong understanding of law enforcement workflows and experience in developing web applications to support their operations.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Cybersecurity Best Practices: Protecting sensitive data and ensuring system security.
• Experience with Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
