WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hit the ground running and secure new customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts
Present and sell Dash Living’s accommodation solutions to individuals and corporate customers
Build the sales pipeline and consistently deliver on monthly sales goals through various sales channels
Forecast your pipeline accurately and consistently
Assist to execute our growth strategies in Hong Kong
Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow new sales channels
Other ad hoc tasks as required by your direct manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A sales hustler!
A minimum of 1 year’s working experience in a customer-facing role
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Competitive and enjoy working in different challenges
People-oriented, self-driven and ambitious
Exceptional sales & negotiation skills
Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external parties
Enjoy interacting with people and being passionate in hospitality / real estate is a strong plus
Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin are required, other foreign languages are strong plus
Proficiency in G Suite/ MS Office and other cloud platforms
Shift work will be required to meet business needs
