Responsibilities:
Create the Business Architecture for the Next:Gen platform
Lead the Business Analysis in the creation of Next:Gen software products, and supervise all Business Analysts to ensure recommendations/solutions are aligned with the Project and Business objectives
Analyze and document current business processes and functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and drive cost savings and efficiencies
Work closely with all IT functions to ensure solutions meet key use cases, and the capabilities and new product features are extensible for future needs
Communicate effectively on any business implication resulting in changes from process rules or application enhancement or new product launch or release
Track and manage requirements traceability throughout the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
Identify, manage and escalate changes to the Project Manager on all factors influencing scope, schedule and cost; support QA and UAT processes through validation of test planning, preparation and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or Business Management
Certifications in Agile and Scrum, and Project Management preferable
At least 9 years of working experience in a Business Analyst role covering IT projects
Possess full SDLC knowledge and experienced in process mapping, data mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation
Proficient in collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS SharePoint, MS Teams and MS Office
Familiar with software development process methodologies like RUP, SCRUM or Agile, and use case modeling
Experience in conducting RFIs and RFPs and SWOT analysis
Ability to work independently and to effectively manage and execute multiple initiatives concurrently
Strong problem-solving aptitude, communication and time management skills
Excellent communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
