Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Leading a team to manage existing business growth and responsible for existing team management and expansion.
• Provide e-commerce strategies and plan to meet the company growth target and maximize ROI of in different markets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Initiate and follow up the action items according to company yearly plan
• Create and manage SEO/ SEM campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Utilize different ads types in Google Ads to maximize sales performance efficiently
• Adapt and test new functions on Google to grow the customer base
• Review and control price of products and promotion discount to maximize total profit of the business
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, pricing and SEM campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with different function units to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website
• Handle ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• 3-5 years or above solid experience in managing e-Commerce Business
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO and SEM.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with different departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager role
