Jobs Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients, partners and other departments to meet guests’ need
• Organize and direct all catering sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
• Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports
• Responds to incoming catering opportunities for the hotel
• Oversee and follow through of projects, ensuring proper closure by finalizing accounts and post project reports and documentation
• Proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities
• Supervise the organization of post-event calls and collection of feedback survey and follow up with customers to obtain event feedback and identify further business opportunities
Jobs Requirements:
• Diploma holder in Hospitality or Catering Management or related disciplines
• With minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in hotel industry is preferable
• Self-motivated, good communications skills
• Target oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
• Less experiences will be considered as Account Manager
