Bakery Retail Operations Manager/ Brand Revamp (CI-RW-26433)

Company Description

Our client is a well-established food company with stable financial foundation and history in HK. Because of business needs, they are looking for an Operations Manager to join and led the team, driving brand changing in the business.

Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of 5 to 10 bakery outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing wastage.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and improve business performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations in all outlets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and profit optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Chinese language is essential.
