Join Our Team as a Founding Engineer:
Are you a highly motivated and entrepreneurial engineer looking to make a significant impact in revolutionising the future of digital lifestyle identity?
We are searching for several entreprenurial engineers with around 10 years+ of experience shipping user-facing products in a startup or high-growth environment to join our small remote team. You will be tasked with supporting the architectural design and construction of the fundamental technology that drives our product, working closely with the founders to align technical developments with our company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribution in all stages of development, from design to launch
• Building new features from scratch and supporting existing ones
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Work closely with the CEO and Chief Product Officer
Requirements:
• 10 yrs+ experience in hands-on development and design for a variety of software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex products and solutions with very high quality code that is robust and easy to maintain
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diversied range of audience
• Proficient in Javascript, Rust and Typescript
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and backend frameworks such as nodeJS
• Experience with React Native or PWA development
• Interested in innovative product to solve real world problems, self-motivated, a fast learner and have a "get things done" mentality
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• General understanding of blockchain and machine learning
• A fast learner and genuine interest in web3
• Willingness to collaborate during APAC time zones
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken English is a must
Ideal:
• Experience with web3 wallets
The Opportunity:
• To be part of an experienced founding team to launch a meaningful business and innovative product
• The Project is at a pre-seed funding phase. This is an initial outcome based contract position (PT / FT) with potential equity participation for the right candidate
