Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with AI engineers to develop LLM applications for tasks within the AML context
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects
Support the AI team and product development team in proactively managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, communications, and budgets
Monitor and report progress, issues, and risks to the project management
Make recommendations to facilitate decision-making and maintain progress towards delivery
Research and develop prototype implementations of new AI algorithms and methodologies
Job Requirements
Solid theoretical foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics
Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, MySQL) for project demo purposes
Experience with the latest open-source LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering, AI workflow/LLM orchestration, LLM deployment, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and database usage is advantageous
Knowledge of LLMs, Time Series, Graph Neural Networks (GNN), Graph Theory, Federated Learning (FL), and Optimization is advantageous
Openness to learning new AI technologies and algorithms
Enthusiasm for AI application development, particularly in the context of AML
