• Provide industry / business leading communication with all customers
• Provide comprehensive, timely and accurate information across all channels
• Bridging between Customers, Vendors and Schools
• Working autonomous deliver proactive and reactive customers communication, covering B2C and B2B customer
• Coordinating and leading all business continuity communication (internally and externally)
• Being aware of emerging trends in communications with increase expectations of our customer and acting on them accordingly
• Being able to communicate fluently with customer in English, Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
