Regional Data Solutions Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Deliver business insights and data products under APAC responsibilities
• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to execute data products, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve business goals
• Serve as a business partner to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, manage priorities, and address demand
• Customise and conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching
• Maintain and update training materials to align with individual market portfolio
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments for continuous improvements

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
• Lead Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong experience in engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Enthusiastic about delivering training and sharing sessions
• Preferred experience and knowledge in GCP and Google Looker
• Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
