consulting, trading and risk-management platform solutions, digital marketing, and business

operations. With over 15-year experience in financial service and technology, we aim to build

up a one-stop shop for our clients to be successful in their fintech business.

XJCP works with its clients on developing technology-assisted trading technology,

considering other systems that would assist their clients. XJCP is always looking to expand

its scope of work and its range of clients.

XJCP has supported the launch of the crypto-focused hedge fund TIAG Digital Labs SP Fund

focused on taking advantage of novel arbitrage opportunities in the growing cryptocurrency

markets.

Satoshi Strategic SP Fund, soon launched afterwards to capture the performance of Bitcoin,

structured as an investment vehicle for their clients to gain exposure without the

complications of safekeeping the assets.

Responsibilities:
• Be involved in all aspects of the software development-cycle. From synthesizing

requirements, analysis of existing systems, design and implementation, to production

rollout and subsequent support;
• Provide development leadership and expertise for the company;
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code;
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces,

and new functionality enhancements;
• Compile documentation of specifications on technical and functional design;
• Develop systems according to business requirements and technical specifications;
• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications for various solutions, including

coding, debugging, testing of the system;

• Develop and maintain CI/CD tools/platforms/pipelines to our products;
• Set up and maintain high-availability, high-concurrency and scalable production

environment;
• Work closely with the business team and have a quick response on the requirement

change.

Qualifications:
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in IT industry with 6 years in similar

positions;
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management or technical consultancy and

supervising a team.
• Proficient in one or more of the following fields - C# programming, software

architecture or cloud architecture, cloud platform (such as AWS, Google Cloud,

Azure, etc.), Kubernetes, Istio/consul, service discovery;
• Solid experience in a full Agile development project. Experience in SCRUM, Kanban

and other agile software is a plus.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of

software engineers, product owners and business team.
• Experience in trading software is a big plus.
