Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and monitoring the quality control of engineering activities and building services installations under statutory requirements
• Supervision of site work, site progress and safety monitoring
• Coordination and assistance with the monitoring and measuring of environmental conditions on site
• Close coordination with other departments and authorities including Utilities and Environmental
• Work inspection with the Independent Consultant (IC), Employer Representative (ER) and subcontractors
• Monitoring and checking of materials and drawings submitted by contractors
• Conduct periodic site visits and report incidents of quality defects and non-compliance
• Maintain and monitor quality-related documents and registers
• Assist in quality audits and preparation of monthly and other quality-related reports
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma Holder in Quality Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or relevant field or trade graduate
• Relevant working experience in construction site of Quality Management, electrical, mechanical & building services work
• 1-3 years experience in construction / engineering field work
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Proficient in MS office / Google applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
