Main responsibilities:
Assist the team head for the system development of the Bank's securities products in response to the market conditions, business strategies, and the HKEX/regulators' requirements
Work closely with various business units, IT specialists, and vendors for system requirement analysis, compose system requirement, test case design, performing UAT and system health checking
Manage project process, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
Manage project budgets and costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure tasks are completed within budget.
To conduct and undertake walkthrough processes to advise users on the data implications of new developments
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or IT related disciplines, with 5+ years' relevant experience in stock trading system and E-channels, less experience will be considered as (assistant project officer)
Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4 would be an advantage
Capable of managing project independently as well as working with multiple project stakeholders and able to work under stress
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin speaking candidate is preferable
