Job Summary:

The role involves managing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager, utilizing data-driven insights to strategically assess progress and make targeted improvements within budget and timeline to meet growth objectives. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends and optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with country teams to maintain localized campaigns and provide recommendations informed by competitive analysis and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the execution and optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
• Analyze campaign performance data to make strategic decisions and adjustments to achieve growth objectives within budget and on schedule
• Leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
• Proficient in using spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends and understand campaign results
• Proactively troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance, and recommend new campaign opportunities
• Collaborate with Country Teams to develop and maintain localized campaigns in various languages
• Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations based on learnings and industry best practices

Job Qualifications:
• Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and a strong grasp of numbers
• Highly focused and detail-oriented
• Effective team player with a proactive approach
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related discipline
• Preferred background: Up to 1 year of experience in startups or media agencies; open to recent graduates with relevant internships
• Strongly preferred: Certification from Google's online Skillshop
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Confident in written and spoken English
