Job Description

What you'll do:
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS project to be launched within budget, timeline, agreed configuration, resource allocation and communication with different stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams related to different HR-related system performance, UAT, new releases, and new feature implementation
• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of HR-related systems and applications
• Manage all HR applications are performing optimally and meeting the needs of the organization
• Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to provide insights and recommendations to different stakeholders
• Define key HR metrics, establish HR analytics governance, and lead the development of data models, dashboards, and reports
• Monitor the effectiveness of the reporting and analytics framework, workflow process, and application and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to ensure all HR applications are up-to-date, compliant with statutory requirements and meeting the needs of the organization
• Manage governance, privacy, and risk management for different HR-related systems
• Support other HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of solid HR technology and design experience, as well as experience in HR analytics
• Strong project management, communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, the ability to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability and possess can-do attitude
• Highly customer-oriented and able to drive through change, building relationships with key stakeholders
• Solid experience in the launch of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module, HRIS IPL maintenance and use of PowerAutomate to streamline the process
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Proficient in data analytic tools, Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Excel; PowerBI is a must
• Knowledge of HR related regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
