Job Responsibilities:
Report to the Project Manager and work with project coordination team
Coordinate office administration, tender submission and document compilation
Assist ongoing government project coordination and management
Support powerpoint and documentation writing
Support R&D funding application and submission
Support sales and marketing works
Qualification Requirements:
Higher diploma in office administration, IT or related disciplines
1 year project coordination working experience
Willing to learn and working in evolving high-technology company
Self-motivated and independent
Proficient in compiling powerpoint presentation and good English document writing
Immediate available
Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome
