Job Description: Job Responsibilities This role will assist the Market Intelligence, Solutions and Product Communications Team to prepare and conduct the client seminar , prepare promotion materials bilingually (in English and Simplified Chinese) with cultural fit. Assist the team to collect data for market research and provide input for client seminar content. Responsible to publish new product information with promotional message on social media (e.g. SunLifers , Instagram etc) in order to enhance Agency’s new product awareness for cascading the product promotional message to Agency/Broker channels. Responsible for the New Product Launch Training, Agency & Broker regular client/seminar ( Health, Wealth, ILAS seminars etc) poster /materials artwork and layout design; responsible for all the logistic arrangement, agency/brokers and client enrollments and registration, including deal with Legal and Compliance team for content approval. Responsible for the sales tools UAT review from channels’ point of view, ensure the tools align with distribution channels and Client’s expectations. Assist to prepare the channels communication memo on product and operations updates. Assist to review all the sales materials and deal with all business unites & legal compliance for all the materials review. Assist to deal with production vendor for the vendor management. Responsible for procurement management. Job Requirements University degree or above, major in business administration, translation, marketing, linguistics is preferred At least 3 years' relevant Training or Product marketing , Market Intelligence experience in Insurance / Banking / Finance / Product Marketing / Market Intelligence industry Possess strong translation skills with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills Detailed oriented, able to multi-task and be a good team player We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
