Job Description: Presales Network Solution Consultant - Hong Kong
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Network Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting sales success by providing technical expertise, crafting innovative solutions, and engaging with clients to understand their network requirements. Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their network needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Present and demonstrate complex network solutions, articulating the value proposition effectively.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design and propose integrated network solutions that meet client specifications.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop compelling proposals, including technical documentation and presentations, to support the sales process.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing technical insights and addressing customer inquiries related to network solutions.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a presales or technical sales role within the networking industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with various telecom products, such as MPLS, IEPL, MetroNet, Internet, and WiFi, is a plus.
• Knowledge of ICT-related products, including Cisco, Avaya, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Juniper, and Ruckus, is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Customer-oriented mindset with a cooperative, responsible, pleasant, patient, and proactive work attitude.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
