Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Hong Kong market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the growth of internet advertising solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including key decision-makers in advertising agencies and direct clients.Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients understand the value of our advertising solutions.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights on market trends and client needs.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of advertising solutions. Collaborate with the business development team to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the internet advertising space.Provide feedback to the product team on market demands and potential areas for product improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.Promote best practices within the sales team and contribute to a positive team environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on internet advertising or digital media sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the internet advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, social media, and mobile advertising.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
