Vice President – Indices and Benchmarks - Data Product Development - Emerging Business and FIC

Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Emerging Business Development department and play a significant role in shaping the data product, a growth business within the group. This newly form team will be responsible for delivering differentiating data products that align with the strategy of the business and the exchange as a whole. We are looking for a high caliber and motivated individual to join our team with responsibility spanning across strategy execution and project implementation. Job Duties: To be successful in this role you will leverage your domain expertise and passion for the industry to: Responsibilities: Formulate licensing strategy and implement business plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Achieve business growth and revenue targets by identifying interests of index products. Lead development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and new product positioning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and communication campaigns. Manage business administrative functions such as contract management and general client services. Understand client needs and gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams such as research and product development, to align index offerings with market demands. Assess potential partners and strategic engagements. Maintain strong relationships and serve as liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, partners and clients. Promote any new capabilities across asset classes and new capabilities as they are developed. Requirements: Relevant university degree or equivalent. 10+ years of experiences in business development, marketing, or relevant fields, preferably in asset management, indexing or related industries. Demonstrate good understanding of the financial markets and investment industries. Client management and marketing experience. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and high agility. Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
