Digital Graphic Designer

What you’ll be doing:
• Work closely with the marketing and client service team to create compelling graphics
• Prepare creative marketing graphic banners for our portfolio clients
• Support graphics design needs for marketing and sales materials materials
• Design for conversion optimised web pages and landing pages
• Create mockups for website A/B testing and other UX improvements
• Produce graphic design of all online and digital marketing promotion materials
• Create marketing banners eDM, online banner, print ads, brochures, flyers etc.
• Contribute and participate to brainstorming and concept explorations
• Concept development, artwork making of various cross media campaigns
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Support video shooting and post-editing production tasks

Who we are looking for:
• Diploma or above in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar tools
• A portfolio of exceptional, innovative design work, including self-started projects
• Knowledge wireframing and tools (e.g. Balsamiq, paper and pen)
• Passionate about creative marketing design and E-commerce
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies
• Excellent visual and customer focused design skills
• Great design presentation and communications skills
• Ability to walk through design thinking to storytelling
• Ability to draw/illustrate is necessary
• Able to listen with empathy when communicate with teammates and clients
• Willingness to learn and fast to adopt in fast moving environments
• Flexible to adapt changing demands of the job and have strong multitasking ability
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Animation and video editing experience is a huge plus
• Note: Candidates with less experience while demonstrated potential would also be considered. Fresh graduates with great potential are welcome to apply.
