About IVISION:

We’re looking for an innovative Product Developer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about fashion and ready to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product development process from concept to production, ensuring the seamless execution of designs and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into functional, high-quality products.
• Source and select fabrics, trims, and materials that align with our brand vision, ensuring they meet both performance and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, overseeing the production timeline to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure products meet market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
• Develop detailed technical packs, including construction details, fabric specifications, and garment measurements.
• Oversee product testing and quality control to ensure products meet IVISION's standards for durability, comfort, and style.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in product development within the fashion or streetwear industry (sportswear experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and production teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of fashion trends, especially in the streetwear and sports-inspired sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with product development software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems).
• Passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of design to create functional yet stylish products.
