Product Business Analyst (Digital Subscription / Payment / Content) - IC

Client Description:

Major digital and media solutions provider in Hong Kong.

Job Description:
• Participate in Web/App development, analysis, and design.
• Conduct business process review and assist product manager in finalizing the requirement scope.
• Analyze and document user requirements and business processes in functional requirement specifications.
• Translate business requirement into use cases / user stories.
• Manage changes to the requirement scope.
• Assist in preparation of the product backlog.
• Assist in QA process for acceptance testing and test data preparation.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in BBA/Computer Science/Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Analytical mindset and be able to capture and verify specifications efficiently and effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience in Web/App/Multimedia industry.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Required to travel in Asia-Pacific region.
• Agile, e.g. Scrum, project experience is an advantage.
