Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a well-designed sales & marketing strategy to boost sales growth, achieving annual targets and long-term strategic goals.
• Build and lead a world-class sales & marketing team through disciplined hiring, training, and development. Supervise and manage field sales personnel to perform overall sales and promotional activities, ensuring flawless performance skills.
• Assign field responsibilities and territory/account allocations to individual team members to ensure detailed coverage.
• Support and assist team members in setting ambitious yet achievable goals and objectives, directing and motivating the team towards attaining the company’s financial targets.
• Understand market dynamics and identify business opportunities by closing gaps in customers' unmet needs.
• Regularly join field calls with the sales & marketing team to collect market insights, translating this information into Baxter opportunities locally. Independently support surgical cases or conduct in-service training in operating theatres if required.
• Disseminate company strategies and management information to team members effectively.
• Encourage and mentor team members to achieve a common business goal, aligning with overall marketing strategies to overcome market challenges.
• Approach your work with a detailed and proactive attitude, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams (e.g., RA, MA, QA, SC, FN) to facilitate seamless daily sales operations.
• Provide resolutions to solve problems and proactively seek help from the manager if required.
• Innovatively leverage company resources to achieve business goals.
• Effectively manage tenders by collaborating with internal and external collaborators.
• Manage distributors to ensure strategic alignment and smooth daily operations.
• Embrace a digital attitude and use the company's digital resources in sales & marketing operations; inspire and lead the team to implement company digital projects.
• Proactively lead the team to engage in company activities to blend into the company’s culture.
Qualification and Requirement:
• University graduate or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in hospital sales for surgical products and medical devices, or a strong clinical background is an advantage.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, and sales management experience.
• Strong growth mindset and positive thinking, especially when facing pressure and challenges.
• Must display strong accountability, execution capability, problem-solving skills, team spirit, and business ethics.
• A proven and effective people leader who is passionate about people development and action-focused.
• Proficiency in English is required.
