Requirements:
(a) A recognized degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent;
(b) 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT system development, support and maintenance services;
(c) well-proven working experience in various IT system development with practical programming skills;
(d) solid experience in website development on PHP, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MySQL, MariaDB and Oracle against contemporary frameworks; and
(e) solid experience on implementation of internet payment gateways and mobile wallet payment.
Duties:
l Provide software development services including program design, coding, testing, program modules debugging and resolving of system logic difficulties;
l identify, test and correct problems in computer system and update documentation to reflect all changes of the computer system;
l provide consulting and problem solving services to users in resolving business and operation problems; and
l provide round the clock crash maintenance and technical support for production system.
Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
