Role Description

We seek a Junior Ecommerce Manager to assist with our clients' day-to-day e-commerce operations, sales, and marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone enthusiastic about e-commerce and wants hands-on experience working with leading platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. The role is hybrid, based in Hong Kong SAR, with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce operations, including product listing updates, pricing, and promotions on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora

• Assist in implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives

• Conduct regular performance analyses, preparing reports to track sales, traffic, and engagement metrics

• Stay updated on SEO best practices and digital marketing trends to support brand visibility efforts

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills with the ability to learn how to interpret e-commerce performance data

• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teams

• Sales and Marketing: A foundational understanding of sales and marketing concepts; enthusiasm for learning how to drive e-commerce growth

• E-commerce Familiarity: Some experience or coursework related to e-commerce platforms; familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, or Zalora is a plus

• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce tools is beneficial

• Experience: Internship or 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred but not required
