Job Title: Technical Sales & Business Development Manager – Tank and Hold Cleaning
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in North Asia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable growth and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and activities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and market developments
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions and service
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in technical sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the maritime industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage these to drive business growth and improvement
