Job Title: Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze solution options in Data and Analytics, including data lake and cloud data warehouse.
• Create clear architectural diagrams to translate business processes and systems solutions.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure project delivery.
• Construct and promote development and deployment standards and guidelines.
• Drive discussions among architects and stakeholders to agree on solution architecture.
• Proactively address issues and provide optimal solutions for application performance.
• Ensure documentation of solution architecture aligns with IT practice frameworks.
• Work on prototypes for new technologies with minimal guidance.
• Mentor the development team and advocate for useful technologies and methodologies.
• Own the solution design framework within the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in architecture or solution design.
• In-depth skills in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, and Data Quality.
• Experience building large-scale enterprise data architectures using analytics technologies.
• Understanding of complex analytical environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to estimate complexity, effort, and cost.
• Knowledge of cloud-native concepts and related technologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen to address business issues effectively.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect – Professional / AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty is preferred.
