About The Business
Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.
Work you'll do
• Define our employer branding and value proposition with the ambition of being the employer of choice
• Act as the brand ambassador and catalyst to manage full spectrum of Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hire function from building employer value proposition to creating excellent candidate experience
• Bring essential resources and experience to drive firm level talent brand and communication strategy and execute communications tactics through various channels, especially social media platforms.
• Identify the best ways to leverage digital and social media platform to meet strategic initiatives
• Create, lead and implement robust communications plans in support of talent brand, culture change, diversity and inclusion initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives
• Keep up to date with the latest marketing and campaign trends for both the internal and external of the Deloitte global network
• Drive strategies and plans for various communication channels including the Web, audio-visual, social media, as well as channel-specific tactics such as social media platform enhancement
• Support talent initiatives which correspond to dynamic business development

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, English Studies or related disciplines
• 7+ years of experience in internal communication, employer branding, marketing communications, recruitment marketing or human resources
• Good understanding of effective brand strategy practices, trends, techniques, and methodologies across various touch-points
• Ability to work well between functions and all levels of business
• Strong in visual presentation, with extensive PowerPoint knowledge and skills
• Agility in managing dynamic business set up; ability to identify and execute effective solutions
• Good organizational and analytical skills, including time management and attention to details
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong spoken, written and presentation skills in English and Chinese
