Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users across different offices to identify IT requirements, specifically for enterprise CRM-related solutions.
Define project goals, scopes, and requirements for new system features and/or enhancements to support business growth, improve process efficiencies, and increase productivity.
Conduct business analysis activities for system implementation, facilitate the gathering of user requirements, prioritize business needs, verify project deliverables, and maintain effective communication with business stakeholders.
Document business requirements and system procedures using appropriate project management methods.
Develop a test strategy, create test cases, and provide user training to ensure that the system meets business needs and requirements.
Perform system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure system quality, analyze test results, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a Business Analyst role.
Solid understanding of waterfall, agile, or scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in working with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Positive working attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
SQL scripting skills and experience working with relational databases are highly preferable.
