Software Tester (Banking)

We are seeking QA Test Engineer to join and support our client's team in HK.

Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for test phase/s assigned – ST, SIT, UAT, Failover Test, Capacity Test, and Performance Test.
• Follow the defined testing standards and procedures.
• Manage defects, problems, and issues in accordance with the defined processes.
• Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
• Inform and resolve QA Lead and QA Team of any issues that may affect the schedule or quality of the product or the testing process.
• Be responsible for the review of test activities and development of test artefacts, execution of tests, reporting issues/defects to the project team, and follow up on issues for the assigned projects.
• Solves problems using data-driven techniques and able to look for patterns in data.

Requirements
• Strong presentation and attention to details
• 2-5 years experience in quality assurance/software testing
• Banking domain experience (preferred)
• Experience with UNIX / LINUX Commands (preferred)
• Automation Framework development and scripting. (nice to have)
• Knowledge on Testing tools: JIRA, Verifix (nice to have)
