Business Analyst (Digital, Wealth Management)

Responsibilities:
• Work together with Digital value proposition teams and tech teams to deliver a fully functional prototype for a digital investment advisory solution
• As a Business Analyst, work with the Product Manager and to draft end-to-end business requirements based on defined customer journeys

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in either Consulting for Wealth Management clients or in the Wealth Management industry working on Digital Solutions.
• Strong BA skills
• Practical experience with building Mobile Digital solutions, Digital Advisory solution or robo-advisory solutions for Wealth management clients
• Deep understanding of Wealth management mass affluent customers value propositions from a product (funds, investments, etc) and customer experience standpoint.
• Strategic and highly conceptual mindset able to start building from a blank page
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC
• Familiarity with mobile developments from Customer hpurney design to UX/UI to backend developments
• Working experience with Wealthtech solutions (e.g. Quantifeed) is a strong plus
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
