工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assume the role of project manager to deliver system enhancement or system revamp project
• Manage or undertake project tasks from business requirement capture, feasibility study, project planning, system design, database design, UAT management and project implementation
• Prepare project documents such as business requirement document, technical specification document, UAT plan or tendering document
• Support system roll-out, post implementation review and perform problem-solving tasks
• Provide support to application systems including troubleshooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries
• To explore new technologies to improve the operation workflows and service innovation

入職要求 Entry Requirements

主修科目 Study Fields：
• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines

知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in business analysis, project management or system implementations
• Experience in programming language such as Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Redux, JavaScript would be an advantage
• Knowledge in MySQL would be an advantage

個人特質 Personal Attributes：
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for assigned tasks
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese

其他要求 Additional Requirements：
• Experience in managing and executing large-scale projects in NGO would be an added advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager
