Our Client is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join their dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring they meet operational needs and align with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft applications in accordance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications and interfaces.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users and assist in the development of user training materials.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• High Diploma or above preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer, with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HR, Finance).
• Familiarity with SQL, database management, and data integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
